Notes:
- Cancrete waterers can be set up
with Electrics, Continuous Flow,
the ICE SWEEPER(tm) or Concrete
Insulated waterer only.
- Shipping weights are
approximate.
- Dimensions are taken from
measurements of the base of the
hull, height is to top of
drinking lip on waterer.
- All standard models are
110v.
- Standard valve assembly is
3/4 Valve W/6 Stainless Ball.
Model C450 + larger uses a 1 valve. Hawkeye plastic valves
and plastic floats are available
on request.
- The reason for two sets of
specifications on "number of
head" is Cows drink in groups
therefore more open waterer space
is require to reduce fighting
and possible injury.

item that requires some
adjusting & tweaking as all
water, water pressure and water
quality is not the same in every
area
- If your waterer freezes below
ground level it has nothing to
do with the waterer. Contact us and
we will tell you how to fix it.
- Warranty does not apply to
waterers hit with a front end
loader or "any" other damage
done to the hull
- Warranty void if a proper
lifter or lifters are not uses
to place waterer
Air entrained concrete and superior attention to quality control throughout the entire precast process is the key to Cancrete durability. Air entraining produces microscopic air pockets that allow any moisture in the concrete to expand and contract in these pockets, not in the concrete itself. The result is a super strong hull that can weather the freeze / thaw cycle without cracking. Its no big secret, just a lot of hard work and attention to the details.

simply pick up the waterer, the pad, fix and pack

Design and Construction Features
- Poured in place inserts and bottom stand
offs so that pad can be picked up with a front
end loader,
pallet forks or even bale forks if spacing is
correct and they are strong enough.
- Built to a standard to withstand Cancrete's
heaviest waterer and livestock weight using the
same dry poLJr
8000 PSI concrete as Cancrete's waterers.
- Fully designed with steel reinforcement to
withstand freeze thaw cycles.
- Corners eliminated as cattle break them off
anyway.
- Rough surface and 14" diameter hole in
center to allow for any size riser pipe.
